Body and Mind Zone is based in Northam, near Bideford in North Devon. It is run by experienced complementary therapist Sarah Parker. Sarah offers reflexology, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage, Oriental Face Massage, Japanese Hand Massage, Ear Candling (also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy), and Metamorphic Technique. All of these therapies are excellent at helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and muscular tension. They also help to stimulate and balance the various body systems, aiming to induce a state of balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit.
